EVENT REGISTRATION

Welcome to Canna World Fair!

Thank you for your interest in our Canna World Fair Events. Great vendors are at the core of every spectacular event! We look forward to working with you in creating memorable experiences.

We host Indoor and Outdoor events:

Oaks Canna World Fair is an Indoor Event and your branded tents are optional. This venue does not allow Food Vendors, only pre-packaged food is permitted.

Pocono Canna World Fair is an Outdoor Event and tents with weights are required. Food Vendor spaces are sold-out for this event.

VENDOR APPLICATION: All Electricity orders and Rental Equipment orders must be placed on your original registration. Optional Rental Items : 8 foot Table with Chairs, Pipe & Drape, and Electricity. We do not rent tents.

EVENT DEPOSIT: The Non-Refundable deposit is applied to the vendor balance. Applications are reviewed and balances are collected by email invoice.

VENDOR CHECK-IN: Vendors must be checked-in by 9:00am and set-up by 9:30am on Saturday. For the safety of the attendees, late arriving vehicles may not drive into the festival area after 9:15am.

LOAD-IN HOURS: Friday 10am-7:00pm and Saturday 7:30am to 9:30am. Friday load-in is required for extra-large trailers, large vehicles, or any extra-large setup.

VENDOR EQUIPMENT: Vendors are required to bring their own Tables and Tablecloth. Tents with weights and stakes are mandatory at all outdoor events. Bring your own 50ft extension cord for electricity orders.

2024 Vendor Fees:

10×5 = $150.00 (Only available at Oaks)

10×10 = $250.00

10×20 = $300

10×30 = $375

Optional Rental Items Must be placed with original registration

8 foot table with chairs = $25.00

Pipe & Drape = $65.00

Electricity Regular = $50

Electricity Large = $100.00
