CAMPER REGULATIONS

West End Fairground 570 Fairground Rd, Gilbert, PA 18331

Camper Check-In: Friday 1pm to 8pm and Saturday 1pm to 8pm. All guests must purchase event tickets.

- Gas grills with a lid are permitted; Do not use grill under awnings - Bring your own fire extinguisher and follow all safety precautions

- No open bonfires or fire pits. Weather permitting: The West End Fairgrounds provides one centrally located fire pit for campers to enjoy.

- Use an approved transport container to dump your RV water tanks at the dump station;
located near the Exhibit Building. No illegal dumping in the wooded areas

- Enjoy yourself responsibly and maintain a family friendly environment

- Public drunkenness, profanity, and/or obscene behavior is not tolerated. Unruly guests will be removed.

- Sites are assigned based on camper size and changes are not possible.

- West End Fairgrounds & Canna Med Show LLC are not responsible for weather related damages (Acts of God), electrical surges, water pressure, vandalism, or any accidents.

- Campers & their guests acknowledge that participation is solely at your own risk. Canna Med Show LLC, its employees and the West End Fairgrounds shall have no liability whatsoever arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, sickness, damages, or any types of losses to self, merchandise, or staff

- All campers enter the fairgrounds through Gate #1 for check-in

- Use dumpsters for garbage and keep your camping area clean.

- RV registered owner is responsible for the RV site and adherence to rules.

- Nightly quiet time begins at 10:00pm - Be mindful of other campers

- Campground Rules apply to all campers and their guests.

- Children must be supervised Minors must be accompanied by an adult, both Day & Night

- All Campers must purchase tickets and wear an admission bracelet

- Bring all your own camping equipment
