Canna Med Show LLC – Vendor Agreement & Waiver
Morgantown Canna Fair – Morgantown Event Center, Berks County, Pennsylvania
Pocono Canna Fair – West End Fairgrounds, Monroe County, Pennsylvania
Canna Med Show LLC aka Canna World Fair (“Organizer”) and the undersigned vendor
(“Vendor”) hereby agree and understand that only lawful products may be sold at Canna World
Fair events, Morgantown Canna Fair and Pocono Canna Fair.
The Event does not condone the illegal use or sale of any unlawful controlled substances
including marijuana and psilocybin. Vendor agrees to:
• Sell only lawful products.
• Inspect and confirm compliance with Pennsylvania law.
Lawful Substances
• Cannabis consists of “marijuana” and “hemp.” Vendors are only permitted to display,
provide, distribute, transport, and handle cannabis or related products in compliance
with state and federal law.
• Marijuana is illegal under federal law and considered a Schedule I controlled substance.
• All hemp products must comply with Pennsylvania and federal law. Labs must
calculate total THC pursuant to Pennsylvania law.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
Vendor Conduct
1. No cannabis-infused samples.
2. Bulk cannabis displays are prohibited.
3. Research and obtain licenses, certifications, or permits required for products or service.
4. Research and obtain sufficient vendor insurance.
5. Do not employ or sell to minors.
6. Do not sell any illegal items, substances, or illegal weapons.
7. Operate and participate in a safe and professional manner.
Release & Indemnification
• Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds Canna Med Show LLC, aka
Canna World Fair, Event organizers, Morgantown Center, West End Fairgrounds,
sponsors, employees, and all related affiliates, predecessors, successors, and
representatives of the organizers and of the venues (the “Released Parties”) from all
causes of action, demands, claims, suits, liabilities, and judgments, (“Claims”) for
property damage, theft, personal injury, illness, death, or other loss arising from or
relating to participation in the Event.
• Vendors and their staff acknowledge that participation is solely at Vendor’s own risk.
Canna Med Show LLC and Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever arising
from Vendor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury,
theft, sickness, damages, or any types of losses to self, merchandise, or staff.
Legal Notice
• This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Jurisdiction shall be exclusively within the county of each venue; Morgantown-Berks
County, Pennsylvania, and Pocono – Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
• Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, with the prevailing party entitled
to attorney’s fees.
• If any provision of this Waiver is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
remain in effect.
Acknowledgment & Signature
By signing below, Vendor confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this
Vendor Agreement & Waiver.
